Conveniently situated a 3-minute walk away from Dobustuenmae Station, and a 5-minutes walk to JR Shin-Imamiya Station, Hotel Sunplaza 2 offers free WiFi throughout the entire property. Namba Station is about a 10-minute train ride away by either the Midosuji or Nankai lines. Guests can go shopping or dine at the various restaurants in the Dotonbori area, an attraction situated an 8-minutes walk away from Namba Station. Universtal Studios Japan is around a 30-minute train ride away. The nearest airport is Osaka Itami Airport, 16km away from the property.

Only guests are allowed in the rooms. Visitors may enter and speak with guests in the lobby area.

Renovation work is done from 10 February 2020 until 06 March 2020. The bath and showers are under renovation.
